1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to tryTuring. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our membership-based web platform and application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using tryTuring in any manner, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and tryTuring LLC (the "Company"). If you do not agree to any of the provisions contained herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Membership & Account Responsibilities

Full access to the Platform requires an active paid membership and a registered user account. Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and maintain the security of their account credentials. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account and use the Platform.

3. Subscription Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

By subscribing to the Platform, Users expressly authorize the Company to charge their designated payment method for recurring monthly subscription fees. All payments made to tryTuring are non-refundable. Users acknowledge that failure to utilize the Platform or dissatisfaction with services does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree to engage respectfully and professionally within the Platform, refraining from spamming, harassment, hate speech, fraudulent behavior, or any conduct that violates applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, software, data, and proprietary materials provided within the Platform, remains the sole property of tryTuring and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
